we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually
ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare
cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the
time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked "In stock" in
your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order
is processed, we will notify you by e-mail or phone that your order will not
be filled and your credit card will be refunded.

merchandise. You may return any products ordered from this website with original
receipt or
order id # from Kelematausa.com, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full
refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If you
receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement
or issue
you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product.
You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement

Delivery Options
Kelematausa.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through
Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available
for your Kelemata package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery
needs during checkout.
Standard Shipping

Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped in 2 -
4 business days, depending on product availability.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's
ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within
10-14 business days of the order's ship date.
Second Day Service

Second Day orders placed will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days
from the order's ship date.

We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations
and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service or 3 Day Select.
3 Day Select Service

Orders placed will be processed and shipped the within 2-3 business days depending
on product availability.

Orders shipped via 3 Day Service are delivered within 3 business day from the
order's ship date.
